About Us
Thykidz was born in a parking lot in 2005 after the mothers of Amber, Bryce and Lauren came together for
the first time to discuss our kids similar medical conditions. We knew that so much more had to be done
to raise awareness about this rare disease and we set off on our mission.
Thykidz, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in honor of our three children, who were
all diagnosed with Papillary Carcinoma within months of each other. It is our mission to raise awareness about Thyroid
Cancer and to raise funds that will be used in the fight against cancer.
